Kholoud Al-Masabi

Kholoud is the General Manager and Senior Legal Counsel, working in the field of capital markets, mainly in public mergers and acquisitions and complex corporate governance issues, and has been involved in working on many prominent mergers and acquisitions transactions in the Saudi market. She previously worked with well-established international foreign law firms such as White & Case, and works mainly in the field of foreign investment and foreign investment enablement.

She also contributes to the field of international commercial arbitration, and has advised various governmental institutions on these matters.

I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Qassim University with first class honors, and an International Fellowship in Commercial Arbitration.
